Panos Global AIDS Programme (GAP) is a thematic programme across the network of eight autonomous Panos Institutes: Panos Caribbean, Panos Canada, Panos London, Panos Western Africa, Panos Eastern Africa, Panos Southern Africa, Panos Paris, and Panos South Asia. All eight Panos Institutes work within a shared strategic framework around the core theme of enhancing participation, accountability and ownership in the response to HIV and AIDS. Through strong networks with the media and civil society Panos GAP is capable of implementing projects in countries even where it does not have a physical presence.
